FIELDWORKER MANAGER (Public Preferences and trade-offs for COVID-19 vaccine distribution strategies in KwaZulu Natal, South Africa: A discrete choice experiment)

The Discrete Choice Experiment survey requires a fieldwork manager to work in a research project based in Amajuba, iLembe or Zululand districts in KwaZulu-Natal. This position will be based in Durban, KwaZulu-Natal Province, but will require travel within the three districts, Amajuba, iLembe and Zululand districts, as well as travel to the Centre for Rural health offices at the University of KwaZulu- Natal, Howard College, Durban.
Minimum Requirements:
- Previous experience working with fieldworkers and/or teams.
- Fluent in English and isiZulu.
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
- Prior research work experience or relevant academic experience.
- Code 8 Drivers license.
Advantages:
- Able to multitask and make decisions independently. Experience in public health, low resource settings and academic research (human research study design and statistical analysis) will be advantageous.
- Expertise in working with data for reporting will be advantageous.
Self-motivated, able to work independently and as part of a team.
